Spring ‘26 Wellness Favorites

Things my January to February no-spend diet taught me:
The patience to wait, make lists and re-evaluate priorities behind what is actually a need vs. a want
My taste is way outside of my tax bracket: see the five Porsches saved to my Pinterest 2026 mood board
Spending money is fun, but not spending money is a thrill
But mostly, it’s taught me to research the things I’m actually buying instead of blindly trusting an influencer who has been monetized into telling me to like something. Outside of necessities and the occasional home decor buy, I’ve refrained from buying new clothes, workout sets and make up that I typically could be convinced is an investment into myself (and I was always the one doing the convincing).
I thought the second my no-spend ended, I’d go on this big spree and buy everything from my notes app list of “things I want when this torture is over,” but instead, I found myself adding things to my cart and then deciding I didn’t really need it.
My point? I make this list because yes, some of them were on my “things I want when this torture is over” list, but others I’ve since purchased for reasons other than “I deserve this.”
So do you NEED these things to have an amazing Spring 2026? Not at all. But if you like treating yourself to new fitness and wellness objects that add to your everyday routine, these are the ones I’m excited about.
Frank Green Water Bottle - link
Somewhere, as a society, we decided that our vessel for water (and how well it matches our outfit) directly correlates to how hydrated we are. Per company policy at TheFIRM, HR wants us to hydrate like our work(out) depends on it – because it does.
Now that I commute by public transport, I need a water bottle that I can throw in my bag without worrying about leaks, but I also wanted something with a straw. Just placed my order for this Frank Green Water Bottle and thought I’d share in case you want to match at TheFIRM’s next networkout.
Homecourt Dish Soap | Cece
I’ll be the first to admit that the only reason I wanted anything from this brand was because of the name, plus the ongoing theme of basketball culture throughout my apartment.
That, and I have a dog named Dunk.
I am very sensitive to smells. To the point where my friends can’t light incense in their homes when I come over without me getting lightheaded. I pay extra for Ubers that don’t have air fresheners and can only buy a certain brand of candle for my apartment. And yes, I’m aware that that can be very annoying, but sometimes my nose burns from the intensity of smells and I feel like I’m going to get a nosebleed.
So while I didn’t want to spend nearly $30 on a DISH SOAP (like yes, I’m aware that is not normal), I’m really glad I did. It smells amazing without the artificial intensity that other “clean” products give off. I plan to slowly integrate the entire Homecourt line of cleaning products into my space. It’s nontoxic, safe for pets, cruelty-free and made without a lot of the triggers that would typically leave me feeling ill.
I think I’ve officially found my substitute for Myers.
Rhode Peptide Eye Patch - link
I know this will land me in performative undereye-patch jail, but I love the trend of showing up to take or teach a mat Pilates class with my Rhode depuffing patches on.
The last thing I feel like doing when my 4:30 am alarm goes off? Put on makeup. So even if they do absolutely nothing (which I don’t think is the case), it’s worth it for me to pop them on as I’m leaving the house. Plus, the material actually sticks, and I have no problem doing cardio or a downward dog with them on.
Salomon XT-Whisper link
If I’m going to get my matcha miles* in this Spring, I’m going to do it with a new pair of sneakers. I’m a long-time New Balance girl, and that’s not going anywhere (especially as my runtok personality defrosts a little more each day). However, I do love when fashion meets function, and I’ve been eyeing a pair of Salomons for the matcha mile rotation for awhile now.
*Matcha Mile: TheFIRM’s version of a hot girl walk. You + your favorite matcha + 1 to however many miles you want to walk that day. It’s a way to log off, get OOO and mentally recharge with your favorite podcast or audiobook.
Sporty & Rich Navy Hoodie link
The verdict? Guilty of buying a hoodie no matter the season. Do I need another Sporty & Rich hoodie? No. But do I have any navy hoodies? Also, no. So add it to the wishlist.
Stakt Mat link
Stakt Mat
This one has been on my list for a while now, but I haven’t been able to justify buying another mat (I have a lulu, an alo, a bala…). For research, though, I think it’s time…
Bala 10 lb. Power Ring link
I actually found one on the cheap at TJ Maxx years ago, but I don’t film with it as often because it’s pink. So, actually, if someone wants my pink one… lmk. I am excited to finally get this in black and start filming a series of workouts for TheFIRM app / my Youtube Channel.
Puresport CBD Roll-on link
This was my lifeline during the last two marathons I trained for, but you don’t have to run a marathon to take care of your body’s recovery. A little on the pricier side but so worth the investment into your muscles.
